NEW ASSOCIATE QUALITY ENGINEER JOB IN CORBY.

My client is a global leader in delivering high-performance solutions for quantum computing, scientific research, and medical applications, where precision, reliability, and innovation are paramount.

They are seeking an Associate Quality Engineer to join their Quality team and support the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Engineering graduate or early-career engineer who is keen to build hands-on experience in Quality, Testing, and Continuous Improvement, with clear development toward a professional engineering career.

Responsibilities as an Associate Quality Engineer.

  • Support the day-to-day testing workload, including RF signal sweeps and other technical measurements.

  • Learn to accurately interpret test results and build technical competence over time.

  • check and approve production first-offs to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and test specifications.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, including dual-dimensional drawings and tolerances.

  • Assist in preparing test documentation and reports in clear technical English.

  • Participate in internal productio nand process audits under supervision.

  • Support Engineering with the creation, review and updating of work instructions and setting guides.

    Requirements as an Associate Quality Engineer.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar)

  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of industrial experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering
