Job Description TheGlobal Technology Strategy team is an internal managementconsulting team that works with the GT Executive Team to drivetechnology strategy and plans that define how technology should beutilized to enable the organizations overall business strategy,including in areas such as AI, Public Cloud Adoption, Quantumtechnology, Data strategy, Software Engineer and CustomerExperience. This role will apply knowledge of best practices todefine and shape the overall strategy, governance, organizationstructure, operating model, architecture and processes for GlobalTechnology. As an Executive Director on the Global TechnologyStrategy team, you will lead project teams in solving complexproblems and implementation issues critical to the company, workclosely with senior leaders across GT and JPMorgan Chase, and own aportfolio of key strategic initiatives to evaluate the firmwideview on technology strategy. Job Responsibilities: 1. Leadinitiatives/projects to solve diverse and complex problems that areof high priority to Global Technology Leadership and at theforefront of the industry (e.g., modernization, AI, data, cloud),including restructuring businesses and enhancing organizationaldesign to improve effectiveness. 2. Act as a trusted advisor andthought leader for GT senior leaders, and collaborate with teamsacross Global Technology as well as other Businesses and functionalareas. 3. Monitor industry trends and apply industry-leadingpractices to evaluate the firmwide view on technology strategy. 4.Craft and deliver executive-level technology strategy narratives,deliverables and analyses. 5. Scope and direct strategic thinkingand problem solving approach for project teams; develop teammembers and junior managers. Required qualifications, capabilities,and skills: 1. Significant years of business and technologystrategy experience within internal strategy teams or managementconsulting firms. 2. Strong relationship and interpersonal skillsand the ability to interact with senior business and Technologyexecutives. 3. Familiarity with technical concepts, operatingmodels and a strong passion for technology and staying abreast ofindustry trends. 4. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues andrequired information to facilitate efficient decision making;provides oversight and guidance to team projects of highestpriority and importance. 5. Able to distill widely variant feedbackinto root cause issues and provide actionable feedback to othersenior stakeholders. Excellent technical and business presentation,writing, and verbal communication skills. 6. Proven expertise inleading strategic projects. 7. Strong facilitation, process andinfluencing skills. 8. Proven entrepreneurial style. Preferredqualifications, capabilities, and skills: 1. Undergraduate orgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering (orrelated field). 2. Experience applying data analysis to solvebusiness problems in fast-moving environment. 3.
