Job Description Our client is an internationalfinancial services company looking for a Paralegal to join theirhighly regarded legal team. This is a varied and busy roleinvolving working with the Head of Legal to support the businesswith corporate governance, company secretarial, commercialcontracts and other legal matters. Based in London this company hasa hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2 - 3 days inthe office per week. You will also gain exposure in this role toother legal matters within the role. As to be expected you willalso be dealing with some administrative support duties. Candidatemust be able to point to: - A minimum of 12 months commercialworking experience in the financial service sector - Experience ofdrafting and filing company documents and dealing with companysecretarial matters - Experience reviewing, drafting andnegotiating commercial contracts and agreements - Experience ofdealing with data protection and employment matters - Greatcommunication skills - Ability to prioritise effectively and managea generous workload - Able to work in a highly collaborativeenvironment - Take initiative - Attention to detail when analysingdata and reviewing legal documents This is a great opportunity towork and learn alongside a proven Head of Legal whilst developingstrong legal, commercial and communication skills.
