We are seeking a strategic and client-facing Technical Solutions Specialist & Product Marketing Engineer focused on Quantum Software. This hybrid role combines deep technical expertise with go-to-market acumen to support enterprise, government, and academic clients.

You will drive sales enablement, partner engagement, and quantum preparedness by delivering expert technical guidance, creating impactful content, and informing product direction. Your work will bridge internal teams and external stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of quantum software and shape the future of scalable quantum-classical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Solutions (Client-Facing & Internal Collaboration)
  • Deliver expert guidance and collateral on Quantinuum’s software stack to enable sales and drive partner engagement.
  • Define and articulate software strategies aligned with client needs and broader product vision.
  • Provide deep technical input to customers, supporting large-scale quantum workflows with hybrid architectures.
  • Advocate for quantum preparedness by designing and delivering training programs to enable partners and clients to adopt software technologies effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with scientific, product, engineering, and business teams to inform and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Produce high-quality technical content, including documentation, proposals, training materials, and architecture diagrams.
  • Engage with the quantum community and early adopters to surface new use cases and feedback.
  • Product Marketing (Strategic & Tactical Execution)
  • Define the product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Quantinuum's software offerings.
  • Support field and partner teams with training, content, and enablement tools to scale outreach and adoption.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
  • Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and customer research to guide product direction and identify strategic market opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership through technical publications, blog posts, presentations, and conference appearances.
  • Monitor emerging trends and engage with key opinion leaders to refine our software roadmap and value proposition.
Must-Have:
  • Master’s degree in quantum computing, physics, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, product engineering, or technical consulting, ideally with a focus on quantum computing or adjacent advanced computing domains.
Preferred Experience:
  • PhD in quantum computing, physics, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of software platforms for quantum-classical systems, including distributed workload management, compiler frameworks, and quantum service orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Quantinuum’ssoftware stack or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with or implementing quantum software technologies or orchestration layers.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerized software delivery.
  • Product marketing or product management experience in a deep tech or enterprise B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting technical sales and delivering customer value in high-stakes projects.
  • Strong public speaking and writing skills, with experience presenting at industry events and contributing to technical publications.
  • Knowledge of domain-specific quantum applications such as chemistry, AI/ML, logistics, or finance.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to a variety of audiences.
