The Role:


We’re looking for an experiencedField Service Engineerpassionate about technology and customer service. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a close-knit, family-run environment and is skilled in high-tech equipment maintenance. You’ll work independently across customer sites in the UK and Europe, managing installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for critical equipment in cleanroom facilities.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary customer contact, providing expert on-site and remote support.
  • Manage new equipment installations across the UK and Europe.
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on complex machinery.
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Document service activities and support coordination between customers and OEMs.



What We’re Looking For:


  • Mechatronic engineering or a related technical qualification.
  • Willingness to travel 50% across the UK and Europe with well-managed schedules.
  • Proven background in the semiconductor industry or cleanroom environments.
  • Strong communication abilities in English, problem-solving skills, and independence.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with a desire to work within a family-run business.
