We are seeking aStrategic Sourcing Managerin ourBroomfield, COLocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the performance of the Sourcing team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective organization and development of team members
- Establish and drive Sourcing of material and services in alignment with business leadership per Annual Operating Plan and Integrated Strategic Plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives including early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects
- Create and manage Category and Commodity Strategies including Spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends
- Manage supplier relationships to mitigate risk and selection, manage RFx and SOW process, negotiations, contracting and supplier performance and compliance
- Mature Sourcing policies procedures, and process improvements to ensuring compliance to requirements and organizational change management.
- Improve working capital through payment terms extensions, payment cycle optimization, supplier financed improvements and lead time reductions
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Sourcing
- Minimum 2+ years managing direct reports
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
Incentive Eligible
Estimated Salary Wage: $132,000 - $165,000 Annually
