Key Responsibilities

• As Senior Property Claims Handler, you will lead and enhance our complex domestic and commercial property claims handling operations.
• You will be personally handling high-value large loss claims, ensuring robust validation of policy coverage, claim circumstances, and quantum, including accurately setting and managing reserves.
• Provide clients and customers with expert guidance on complex and technical claims issues whilst managing other stakeholders and supporting customers through claims process.
• Assess and mitigate risk on high value and complex claims, ensuring effective policy validation, scope and cost control, while delivering fair outcomes for customers.
• As Senior Property Claims Handler, you will liaise with insurers, brokers and other key stakeholders to deliver effective claims settlements in-line with policy coverage.
• Coach, train, and mentor office-based claims handlers and field-based surveyors, enhancing their technical knowledge and claims handling capabilities.
