About The Role

We seek a seasoned Senior Director, Quantum Systems, to join our Quantum System sales team. You will drive customer success and revenue by delivering advanced quantum solutions globally, serving as the principal technical authority across pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing deep technical insights and guidance throughout the lifecycle of our quantum systems, working closely with sales, R&D, and account management teams to shape deployment strategies and influence our hardware and software evolution.
While prior quantum computing experience is advantageous, broad technical leadership in high-performance computing (HPC), systems integration, or scientific computing is valued. The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years of experience in technical sales, systems delivery, solution engineering, or product leadership, with a solid foundation in hardware/software architecture, research computing, and applied mathematics or data science.
What You'll Do

Present technologies and solutions to potential customers, aligning offerings with their challenges and funding models.
Communicate company vision and strategy to decision-makers, explaining product roadmaps and long-term value.
Support sales with deep technical expertise in HPC, AI, ML, Math, Optimization, SaaS, and Cloud services.
Deliver technical presentations and demos at industry events.
Oversee technology evaluations, ensuring positive outcomes and comprehensive data reviews.
Advocate for customer requirements to R&D and Product teams to influence development.
Provide expertise on applying quantum computing to complex challenges, industry trends, and competitors.
Identify and recommend new customer projects leveraging company solutions.
Assist in qualifying leads from a technical perspective, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
About You

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, with experience working directly with technical customers.
Experience in advanced computational tech, AI/ML, or embedded systems, with deep domain knowledge.
10–15+ years in technical sales, solution engineering, systems delivery, or product leadership, with a strong background in hardware/software architecture, research computing, and applied mathematics or data science.
Proficiency in HPC and data-center environments, understanding related funding, engineering, and business challenges.
Strong programming and systems architecture skills.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience engaging with external stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.
Ability to align solutions with customer needs and establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
Customer-focused, consultative approach to sales and problem-solving.
