Your role and responsibilities
A Project Manager: Hybrid Cloud Manage is responsible for leading and managing cloud application projects. With a strong background in project management methodologies and tools they can effectively manage programs that involve support and enhancements for applications hosted across various cloud platforms by integrating solutions from Manage offerings. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the specified scope, cost and timeline, while meeting business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager owns project plans, budgets, schedules and staffing requirements including IBM, client employees and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution.

Required technical and professional expertise
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM I)
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques numerous Retrospective formats handling bugs etc)
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP Kanban etc...
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques
