Due to exceptional growth, this Telecommunications company is looking for aSatcom Systems Engineerto join their team to help with expanding business and opportunities.

TheSatcom Systems Engineerwill be heavily involved in providing technical and commercial expertise to the companys customers, this role is also remote with the requirement of going onsite once a month.

Satcom Systems Engineer requirements:
Experience

  • 510 years in satcom systems engineering.
  • Degree or equivalent in relevant fields (e.g., Space Systems, Electronics).
  • Expertise in system design, ground segment, satellite operations, IP networking, and security.
  • Proficient in systems engineering practices and documentation.
  • Skilled in software tools and problem-solving.


Desirable

  • Chartered Engineer.
  • Experience in satellite commissioning, OSS/BSS, security architectures, Agile/DevOps, and emerging tech (5G, Quantum).


Due to the nature of the work they require a British National and SC clearance is beneficial.
