Whether you’re looking for stability, career development, or the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, we provide an environment where you can thrive.The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor at Lowbury Construction, you’ll be a key part of our commercial team, working on a diverse range of projects across the UK.Key Responsibilities:*    Oversee the commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion.*    Perform measurements, take-offs, and cost estimations in valuing variation works, re-measurable contract works and to confirm quantum for subcontract payment applications.*    Prepare cash flow forecasts and draft subcontract agreements.*    Liaise with clients, contracts management, and procurement teams.*    Submit valuations to the agreed timescale and manage contract variations with Clients and subcontractors.*    Conduct monthly site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.*    Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.*    Undertake take-offs and cost build-ups in producing Tender Sums for estimate submissions.*    Be conversant in qualifying any bid submissions with clarifications, inclusions and omissions.*    Be comfortable in taking full responsibility and ownership of a project or tender, commercially.Benefits:*    Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £57,000 (based on experience).*    Company Car: Provided for site visits.*    Bonus Scheme: Performance-based rewards.*    Career Growth: Training support & promotion opportunities.*    Work-Life Balance: Hybrid flexibility for family circumstances.*    Generous Holiday Allowance: 31 days including bank holidays.The Ideal CandidateWe’re seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a dynamic environment.
