Are you a Project Engineer from a Precision Engineering background, looking to join a growing company where you'll work on exciting Aerospace and Defence projects, playing a pivotal role in their success?

In this role, you'll lead a small team of engineers, working on bespoke composite component projects from concept to completion. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of each phase, from briefing through to reporting and design.

This is an innovative company at the forefront of advanced composite manufacturing. Established in 2010, they specialise in design-for-manufacture tooling and precision composite components for the Aerospace, Defence, Medical, and Cryogenics sectors. With plans to double turnover within 3 - 5 years, they are set for an exciting future.

This would suit a Project Engineer from a Precision Engineering background, looking for recognition and responsibility managing major projects for industries that will challenge your skills and progress your career.

The Role:

Manage the design and development of bespoke composite components, mould tools, fixtures and jigs
Control documentation, policy and supplier quotes and ensure quality
Support the production team of 3 - 4 engineers
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 7:00 - 1:00pm (40 hours)The Person:
