Project Business Analyst – Treasury System Upgrade (Quantum) My client is a Global Energy Trading firm based in the UK looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Quantum upgrade expertise to join a high-impact Treasury transformation programme.

You'll work across business and IT to lead the capture of functional/non-functional requirements, shape solution direction, and ensure successful delivery of a major treasury system upgrade.

Key Responsibilities: Translate complex business problems into functional solutions Assess risks, feasibility, and business impact Model processes and data flows to drive improvements Own end-to-end requirement traceability and documentation Collaborate with software vendors, developers, and internal teams Define acceptance criteria and lead testing efforts Drive stakeholder engagement and lead design sessions Develop compelling business cases and secure funding Skills Needed: Proven Quantum upgrade experience Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.) 7–10 years in IT, with leadership responsibilities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Degree in IT or related field This is a fantastic opportunity to lead meaningful change in a complex and rewarding environment.
