Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead aProject Management Officeto optimise processes and ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and delivercomplex technical projectsfrom a strategic perspective, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and product development, to achieve project success.
  • Provide strategic direction to project teams, anticipating challenges and proactively implementing solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to build and expand your team as the company scales.

About You

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within areas such asquantum computing, ASIC design, orR&D- deep tech environments.
  • A track record of setting up project management processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture goals and day-to-day project execution.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to be on-site inLeeds or Bristolat least once a week.
