This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new business and a growing team. 

What you’ll be working on

You will work within the team on a variety of tasks including initial client calls, taking statements as well as handling your own portfolio of pursuer injury claims both pre-litigation and litigated.

Your day-to-day

Delivering excellent client care to our clients who have suffered from a traumatic and life changing event. Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability, causation, and quantum. Supporting the team by assisting with the drafting of documents including statements, pleadings, schedules of loss etc. Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation. Optimising your client’s settlement.

You should apply if you:

have experience in Personal Injury (PI) claims. are passionate about delivering excellent client care for each of our clients have excellent communication skills that include negotiation and objection handling. are competent working with case management systems and have good knowledge of Excel and Word. have good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

are an energetic & motivated team player can maintain a positive attitude whilst able to deal with changing circumstances & challenging situations want to develop and are passionate about developing your career in personal injury.
