What you will do: We are lookingfor a Senior Product Manager to lead the next stage in theevolution of some of our products (Proton Mail, Calendar, Bridge).Product at Proton sits at the intersection of Engineering, Growth,Data and Design. Your responsibility will be to grow userengagement and retention by creating remarkable user experiencesfor our community. You are versatile in product-led growth, at theheart of our freemium model. - Work with the senior leadership teamto define a strategic vision and roadmap. - Drive productinnovation, develop novel, game-changing product features thatexpand our value proposition to new user segments and increase ourdefensibility. - Define and own what success looks like in terms ofmetrics such as active usage, user engagement, retention, andrevenue. - Facilitate hand-in-hand collaboration between product,engineering, growth and marketing to align on the vision and theexecution. - Lead the teams through execution from conception todelivery. Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teamsinside and outside of product and maintain high developmentvelocity. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, andgather customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Anticipategrowth ceilings and define scaling strategies to prevent them, thatinclude managing projects beyond pure-product work, and includefoundational technology, tools, and processes, such as a customerengagement platform. What we are looking for: We need you to have:- 6-10 years of experience in product management in B2C or B2BSaaS, preferably in online privacy and/or productivity contexts. -Proven track-record in successful product and major featurelaunches in fast-paced environments. - Strategic leader with ananalytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record fordelivering products and features on time and with commercialsuccess. - Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset,and an unwillingness to lower standards. - A strong innate sensefor good UX, with a love for design. - Experience building andmanaging high-performing teams. - A work ethic of going above andbeyond to make things happen. Ability to be hands-on and thrive ina fast-paced environment. - Able to dig into the technical detailswith engineers and make the right trade-offs.
