We are hiring for an OEM Sales Engineer who will combine application and market knowledge to meet and exceed OI Andor sales targets in the EMEA territory as well as ensuring all other company-wide strategic goals are achieved.

The OEM Sales Engineer is responsible for all assigned OEM sales activities in his/her territory for the OI Andor portfolio. The role holder will serve as the primary point of contact for existing assigned Key Accounts and potential new OEM customers throughout the sales process.

This individual will work closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to build territory action plans which will provide a clear path to sales success as well as partner with Service, Marketing, Applications, and numerous other Oxford Business Unit sales resources to achieve assigned targets.

The OEM Sales Engineer will have:

Bachelors in the Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or other relevant area 3 years sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy 2 years’ experience managing OEM customers Experience developing and implementing territory specific sales strategies to achieve goals.  Extensive experience with CRM platforms and proficiency with MS Office apps
