The Role

With recent growth and expansion, the firm is now seeking skilled Paralegals to join its RTA team, where you will take ownership of your own caseload, providing guidance on liability and quantum.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience, particularly in handling pre-litigated RTA cases. You will be responsible for a diverse array of tasks, including conducting initial investigations, obtaining witness statements, reviewing medical records, assessing quantum, and negotiating settlements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Paralegal with experience in managing caseloads of MOJ/OIC claims
• Background in handling Credit Hire cases
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while managing a varied caseload
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Professional and effective communicator with colleagues and clients
