We are seeking aMaterials Managerin ourBroomfield, COLocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the activities for the Materials Execution Team, which includes functional areas of: Receiving/Shipping, Logistics, Import/Export, Inventory Control and Property Management
  • Demonstrated management of people skills including the ability to mentor, develop, evaluate, motivate, and empower others while leading teams to drive continuous improvement within the business
  • Mature procedures to ensure compliance with requirements. Implement process controls, continued updating standard work for all material movements to include Asset Management, cycle counting, spares, Logistics including Import/Export and inventory controls
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Procurement, Finance, Technical Teams, Program Management, Operations including Liquefaction to attain process maturity for operational readiness
  • Manage critical performance goals of Safety, Training, Daily Receipts/Shipment performance, Asset Capitalization, RFID Tagging, Spares Fulfillment, and cycle count inventory accuracy rates.
  • Focused on executing strategic projects and develops resolutions to meet project management execution of key improvement priorities including deployment of additional modules of SAP S4 to support MRP, and supporting Smartsheet workflows

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience as Manager with direct reports
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations in new development high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

WE VALUE:

  • Experience working with complex, highly specialized materials (e.g., cryogenic components, superconducting materials, precision-manufactured parts).
  • Experience with deployment of MRP and Global Trade Solutions in SAP systems
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proven experience with manufacturing/business process development and improvement
  • High bias for action with creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, Power Point and Smartsheet
  • Desire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of leadership
  • Detail and action oriented, ability to delineate information into manageable components
Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable

Estimated Salary Wage: $120,000 - $152,000 Annually
