Client:A scientific imaging specialist part of a wider group. The group specializes in a highly technical area within the medical/laser/x-ray/spectrometry/photonics industry.

Location:East Sussex - ideally 5 days office based is preferred.

In order to be successful, candidates would need an extensive track record in...

  1. Management: The developing of teams, processes and systems internally, as well as external suppliers and clientele.
  2. Business development: leading from the front in acquiring new business alongside the current sales targets and employing and managing those out in the field, growing the commercial teams over time due to ongoing success.
  3. P&L responsibility: candidates will need a track record in owning and delivering company financial targets, reporting to the wider group.
  4. Driving a successful culture: This role will lead the overall company and be in charge of setting the standards of work as well as driving a positive, thriving culture.
  5. Research & Development: scaling up technical teams to drive new product introductions and a strong pipeline of product development, constantly looking to add to the growing portfolio and general company offering.
