An exciting opportunity has arisen for aSenior Hardware Engineerto join an innovative electronics company based inSurrey, specialising in advanced optical technologies. The company is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in detection and communication, making significant contributions to industries such as security, and commercial applications.

As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing hardware solutions forhigh-performance optical systems. This includesanalog and digital circuit design,PCB development, andsignal processingfor their devices. You’ll work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrateoptical technologieswith electronic systems, driving projects from concept through to production. This role also involves solving complex technical challenges and contributing to system-level innovation.

The ideal Senior Hardware Engineer will have:

• Experience inanalog and digital circuit designfor optical or photonic systems
• Proficiency inPCB design toolsand experience in signal processing
• Knowledge of integrating optical and electronic systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
