KeyResponsibilities: 1. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage theResidential Conveyancing Department, providing clear direction,mentoring, and support to a team of lawyers and support staff.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promotingprofessional growth and ensuring efficient department operations.Serve as the SRO for the CQS accreditation and oversee the annualre-accreditation process. Work with the firm’s management team toalign departmental goals with the broader strategic vision of thefirm. 2. Client Services: Ensure the team delivers high-qualityservice to clients, handling complex and high-value residentialproperty transactions. Maintain and enhance client relationships,providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout theconveyancing process. Business Development: Drive the growth of theResidential Conveyancing Department by identifying and pursuing newbusiness opportunities. Develop and implement effective marketingstrategies to promote the department’s services and attract newclients. Operational Efficiency: Oversee theefficient management of caseloads, workflows, and departmentalKPIs. A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years ofexperience in residential conveyancing. 2. Proven track record in asenior role. 3. In-depth knowledge of residential property law andconveyancing procedures. 4. Strong leadership and managementskills, with a focus on mentoring and developing a high-performingteam. 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build strong relationships with clients and externalstakeholders. 6.
