Leadership and Management: Lead and manage theResidential Conveyancing Department, providing clear direction,mentoring, and support to a team of lawyers and support staff.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promotingprofessional growth and ensuring efficient department operations.Serve as the SRO for the CQS accreditation and oversee the annualre-accreditation process.
