About the role

As the Global Skincare Assistant Brand Manager – Engagement you will be part of an ambitious team, responsible for generating a quantum shift in skincare growth on our Magic Skincare Franchise and consumer engagement, to grow the brand in the skincare category towards the #1 rank.

The role is responsible for fuelling and delivering, strategic & record-breaking global brand marketing campaigns, across all markets, in the air & on the ground for the Charlotte Tilbury brand across Skincare. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager & Head of Brand for Brand Engagement and across in-house creative, digital, and regional partners, you will build and deliver ground-breaking 360 global marketing campaigns, supporting both new product launches and core franchises, and brand experience.

As a Global Assistant Brand Manager, Skincare - Engagement you will

SKINCARE STRATEGY & PUPORSE - You will support the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Brand in fuelling strategy for skincare & collaborate with the various internal teams to realise the growth ambition. Our purpose ‘the magic of skin confidence’ should be central to this as well as our product promise ‘immediate skin revival- clinically proven results’.  BRAND ENGAGEMENT - Translate strategy into action, bringing our content calendar to life to drive brand salience & customer acquisition on the core of our brand. With a key focus on digital creative, you will deliver best-in-class, engaging and beautiful performance marketing & paid social media creative for always-on skincare initiatives.  SERVICES & SAMPLING STRATEGY - Take ownership over the Skincare Services marketing strategy, partnering with key global teams and regions to supercharge growth. Lead the skincare sampling engagement strategy, liaising closely with the Product Marketing and NPD teams to deliver best-in-class sampling initiatives to drive mass awareness and conversion, supporting core and new innovations. .BRAND EXPERIENCE - Support the Senior Brand Manager & partner with Pro team, Education & Visual Merchandising to translate the brand vision into training & in-store brand experience which drives customer acquisition & builds the brand consistently for your key projects.  COLLABORATION & LIMITLESS CREATIVITY - We have a unique business model – you will collaborate & inspire market leading creativity from our whole diverse team to deliver unparalleled growth. You will strike a perfect balance of structure & analytics with creativity and entrepreneurship. Being a strong team player is critical.  PERFORMANCE REVIEW - You will stay close to brand performance & track the results of key campaigns to improve our marketing ROI & customer acquisition TOOLKITS- Craft clear marketing toolkits exciting the business on the new campaigns / initiatives providing them with a complete kit to flawlessly execute in a timely fashion.

You will be reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, skincare and working closely with the Head of Brand for Brand Engagement

About you

Proven experience in a brand marketing role within beauty & premium skincare, with specific experience in brand experience, campaigns and digital content.  Experience in delivering distinctive & effective brand marketing campaigns  Preference for candidates with global experience working with multiple regions  Resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter who can flourish in an entrepreneurial/start up environment and hit the ground running.  Insight driven decision making – balancing art with commerce. Proficient in combining quantitative and qualitative data to form strategies and inform decision making.  Innovative problem solver and creatively driven.  A strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to influence, multitask and motivate.  Results orientated with an impeccable work ethic.  Culture Fit – will be smart, confident, succinct, ambitious, self-starting, intellectually agile, results-oriented, resilient, transparent, collaborative, curious and hands-on. Will embody Charlotte Tilbury’s culture and be passionate about helping it achieve its goals.  Proficiency in MS Office, and ideally familiar with the most relevant Prestige Beauty market research databases
