Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards for usability.
  • Optimize front-end code for maximum performance ensuring fast load times and efficient interactions.
  • Collaborate with design and delivery teams to understand business requirements so that implementation aligns with design intent and brand guidelines.
  • Proactively suggest UX improvements based on best practices.
  • Implement and manage A/B and multivariate tests using Qubit.
  • Develop and maintain tracking, tags, and data layers within Google Tag Manager (GTM).

The Person

  • Experience working with Amplience CMS (or similar headless CMS platforms).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Qubit, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setting up tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience integrating front-end components with APIs and third-party services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
