ITS M&E are currently recruiting for a qualified Permanent Electrician to join our growing and established team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for stable, long-term employment with varied and meaningful work across domestic and commercial properties.

🔧 The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical works including:



Retrofit of LD2 Aico Smoke Detection Systems (installation and upgrades in line with current regulations)

*

Installation of Dimplex Quantum Heaters

*

General electrical responsive repairs within domestic and commercial properties

*

Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within social housing

*

Fault finding, testing, inspection and certification

*

Ensuring all work complies with current Wiring Regulations and Health & Safety standards

✅ Requirements

*

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) – preferred

*

Experience working within social housing / responsive repairs (desirable)

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Strong fault-finding ability

*

Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
