Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s casualty department, they are now seeking to appoint a Paralegal to join them.

The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a case load of Employers' Liability / Public Liability claims from the outset through to settlement or trial.

The successful candidate will be handling their own caseload investigating indemnity, liability and quantum, with experience of reviewing complex disclosure, instructing experts, drafting Court documents, making offers of settlement and dealing with costs.

• Experience of running a litigated EL / PL case load
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
