Are you an experienced Data Processing professional with a passion for driving efficiency and leading teams to success? Our client, a leading player in the market research industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a DP Manager.

About the Role:
As a DP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Data Processing team, collaborating closely with Operations, Research, and Client Service departments. Your role will involve ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality data analysis outputs while driving efficiency and automation efforts within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead the Data Processing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  2. Collaborate with various teams to understand needs and priorities.
  3. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Support training efforts and contribute to the design and delivery of training programs.


Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8 years' experience in data processing within the market research industry.
  2. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Merlin, Quantum, or similar.
  3. At least 2 years' experience in team management.
  4. Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in data processing.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  7. Experience in implementing change initiatives related to improving efficiency, changes in tools or software, or other changes in the working environment.
