Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-track personal injury cases.
  • Investigate liability and quantum.
  • Review medical records and take witness statements.
  • Draft court documents and provide complex client advice.
  • Attend conferences and negotiate settlements.

The Candidate


  • Experience working on Multi-Track Personal Injury claims is essential - whether claimant or defendant
  • Background of EL/PL and/or motor claims or clinical negligence
  • Good commercial awareness with an ability to provide commercially rounded advice to clients and view matters from a business perspective
  • A flexible attitude with an ability to adapt to rapid change, both internally and in the context of clients’ businesses
