Resident Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Cluster Revenue Manager (Fixed Materntity Cover Contract) to join our growing team, creating personalised experiences to mirror our guests onsite experience.

Resident Hotels is a specialist Hotel Management platform, that manages three hotel brands The Resident, Sleeperz and Cityroomz. We currently manage 10 hotels across the three brands.

As our next Cluster Revenue Manager at Resident Hotels you will drive revenues across their portfolio of brands and hotels. The Cluster Revenue Manager with be the key driver of maximising bedrooms revenue for the hotels within the portfolio through utilisation and analysis of effective reactive and proactive revenue and rate management techniques:

  • Produce day-by-day Rooms forecast and a monthly forecast.
  • Produce a detailed budget plan on an annual basis.
  • Review hotels daily pricing and pace of demand.
  • Ensure hotels grow RGI% ahead of competitor set.
  • Develop, implement and execute strategic action plans to drive hotel revenue performance.
  • Own rate strategy and pricing, ensuring relevance to the competitor set considering local strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with key leadership team and head of department.
  • Produce reports and statistics where required.

We are looking for a Revenue Professional to join our team who has:

  • Hotel revenue management experience is essential.
  • Current experience within the London and/or Key Regional markets is highly desirable.
  • Management across multiple hotels is preferable.
  • Understanding of PMS and revenue management and distribution systems is essential.
  • Understanding of distribution channels and market intelligence reports is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate exceptional numeracy and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated, driven, results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.

Resident Hotels Ltd(RHL) is a specialist Hotel Management platform, that manages three hotel brands The Resident, Sleeperz and Cityroomz. Owned by MF&P and Mactaggart Family, RHL is led by CEO David JM Orr and is based in central London. The Resident was launched in February 2020, with four hotels in Central London and one in Liverpool, with Edinburgh opening in June 2024. The Resident is an Upper Upscale (STR) personable home-from-home brand providing excellent rooms, in exceptional locations with heartfelt hospitality.
