We’re looking for aClient Services Directorto drive client relationships, manage high-profile projects, and ensure seamless service delivery in afast-paced, creative environment. Our client, located in Central London, works with some of the world's biggest brands and needs YOU to join!

About the Role

As aClient Services Director, you will be the key link between ourclients, designers, and strategists, ensuring projects run smoothly and exceed expectations, including relationship building and strategic advisory.

You’ll manage client relationships, oversee timelines, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the creative process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong and trusted partnerships.
  2. Oversee the delivery of branding and packaging projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  3. Work closely with creative teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  4. Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
  5. Identify and resolve client concerns proactively, maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
  6. Provide regular reports on client feedback, project performance, and emerging trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience in client services, account management, or project managementwithin acreative agency or packaging design environment.
  2. A strong understanding ofbranding, packaging, and design processes.
