A top-tier firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their highly regarded Catastrophic Injury specialist team based in Chelmsford. The team handles severe and large-loss injury claims, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations and chronic pain cases. This role will allow you to work closely with market-leading partners on defendant personal injury cases.

As a Catastrophic Injury Associate, you will:

  • Investigate and manage complex, high-profile cases.
  • Engage in group litigation and defence work.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to deliver exceptional results.
  • Deal with claims arising from motor, employer liability and public liability accidents.
  • Work on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations due to the firm’s global presence.

  • A qualified Solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury Litigation.
