Your mission will be to increase Service sales by leading the associated Business Development activities in coordination with Sales, Customers and other key internal stakeholder organizations.

Your role on the expanding Business Development team provides an exciting opportunity to increase Keysight’s Annual Recurring Revenue stream supporting Keysight's position as a market innovator and leader, while guaranteeing customer success - the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model (KLM).

To be successful, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record for building and executing on concrete, innovative business plans with exceptional communication & project management. If you are a highly motivated, assertive and customer-focused individual, then this role is an ideal fit for you.


Responsibilities

Accountabilities include:

  • Business development plans and rigorous execution for assigned programs
  • Monthly/quarterly funnel and forecasting management
  • Region/Field alignment
  • Work effectively across Sales, Business Center, IST/CoE's and Business Development


Qualifications

Educated to at least university degree level (B.S. Electrical Engineering or similar), you'll bring at least 10 years' practical experience in a similar role.

Must have qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability in following areas:
  • Develop and execute on innovative business processes and plans
  • Project management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills using common applications
  • Time management.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks real time, while adapting to an interrupt driven and dynamic business environment

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Experience with any Keysights Services Portfolio
  • Experience working with and potentially reporting within common ERP and CRM tools (Oracle, SalesForce etc)
  • Customer and field relationship building experience
  • Sales Funnel and Forecasting experience
  • Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and/or Service & Support experience
