Quantinuum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to serve as a catalyst for supporting quantum initiatives and fostering engagement across diverse internal and external audiences. This role operates at the intersection of strategic communication, educational outreach, and community development, ensuring that the company's vision and innovations are communicated effectively and inclusively. The Brand Manager will work cross-departmentally and closely with leadership to create a unified narrative that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting long-term industry growth and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, content marketing, PR) to engage target B2B audiences and generate demand.
  • Drive Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership: Lead initiatives to enhance brand recognition through thought leadership content, industry events, webinars, and partnerships, positioning Quantinuum as the go-to expert in quantum computing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with R&D, product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate marketing efforts with product launches and sales initiatives.
  • Content Development: Establish company's narrative through strategic content that highlights Quantinuum's leadership and innovations in quantum computing.
  • Engagement: Engage with public and business audiences through educational and awareness programs, promoting quantum computing's potential and Quantinuum's thought leadership.
  • ROI & Metrics Management: Monitor and adapt messaging across internal and external channels to ensure alignment with new developments and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications / you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, strategic communication, or community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of quantum computing or a willingness to learn about complex technical topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
Estimated Salary Wage: $139468 - $174335 Annually
