The Role As a Biological Applications Scientist, you will advance our clients biosensor technology through cutting-edge solutions that contribute to the progress of scientific initiatives. Working closely with biological team, you will develop and validate new assays on the TITAN biosensor platform, while following SOPs to ensure the repeatability and reliability of results. You will also engage with external validation partners to manage projects, solve technical challenges and contribute to the overall success of biosensor applications. Additionally, you will: - Analyse data and prepare detailed reports with scientific accuracy - Travel to off-site locations for project support and technical service - Prepare biological reagents and maintain laboratory operations - Attend conferences and exhibitions to showcase the technology About You To be considered as a Biological Applications Scientist, you will need: - Experience working in a research laboratory (industrial or academic) - At least 12 months experience running biological assays via ELISA or other label-free technologies OR 12 months experience developing novel biochemical coupling layers - Experience writing, reviewing, and following Standard Operating Procedures - High competency in numeracy, IT, and presentation skills - The ability to work in a team - A degree (or equivalent qualification) in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a closely relevant subject The closing date for this role is 31st March 2025.
