The Quantum EngineeringSolutions (QES) division at Keysight Technologies seeks anoutstanding experimental quantum physicist to join our team as aquantum solution engineer in our customer success team. QES isresponsible for producing world-leading solutions for thechallenging and exciting market of quantum technologies, includingquantum computing, quantum communications, and quantum sensing. Asa quantum solution engineer, you own customer success for theworld’s first fully digital quantum control solution (QCS). Our QCSenables applications ranging from quantum computing R&D tolarge-scale deployed cloud systems with thousands of qubits. Toachieve this, you will engage with key and strategic customers todemonstrate leading proof of principle quantum experiments andapplications. You will work with R&D stakeholders to define thetechnical specifications of the QCS, to enable state-of-the-artquantum use cases. You will collaborate with our marketing team tocreate technical content such as code examples and quantumtechnology specific user guides. For key accounts, you willrepresent QES with our business development team as the quantumcontrol solution expert and you will be responsible for customersuccess on our worldwide quantum computing customer basis.Responsibilities - Excellent problem-solving skills and attentionto detail, with the ability to tackle complex challenges in quantumcomputing collaboratively with our customers. - Work closely withour quantum SDK and quantum firmware team to refine requirementsbased on customer feedback and direct experience with Keysight’squantum computing facilities. - Maintain, cultivate, and thrive anexternal and internal ecosystem around Keysight’s quantum computingfacilities. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements inexperimental quantum computing by actively contributing to ongoingresearch initiatives. - Mentor and provide technical guidance toother junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation andexcellence in development practices. - Ability to consistentlydeliver on deadlines and delight the customer. - Ability to work ina collaborative environment and to influence individuals overgeographically dispersed teams.
