As a Graduate Verification Engineer, you will work on developing and executing verification plans for hardware blocks in Quantum Error Correction Systems. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality and reliable systems, learning and applying best practices in verification along the way.
This role involves promoting and supporting the use of Deltakit, Riverlane’s open-source software toolkit for quantum error correction. You will run workshops, give talks, support users, build relationships within the quantum community, and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve Deltakit.
As a Photonic Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for the layout of photonic integrated circuits (PICs) that are crucial for the Quantum Processor Units (QPUs) in Oxford Ionics' quantum computers. You will work closely with scientists, photonic design engineers, and fabrication engineers to integrate photonic components into multi-layer chips, ensuring the effective delivery of devices that support scaling to thousands of qubits. Your role will involve layout verification, producing reticle-size layout files, and contributing to the design workflow of integrated photonics.
